Our use of bilingual teacher aides supports our students who are new to Australia to excel in a new learning environment and identifies to families that we value the first languages and cultures of all our students. It is our aim to provide an inclusive model of learning that addresses the identified needs of all of our students. We offer diverse, inspirational and quality educational experiences and opportunities that recognise and value the individuality and uniqueness of our students.

Support from the wider community is very encouraging. Our Parents and Citizens Association is encouraged and welcomed to provide important feedback and suggestions that assist the school to progress with the needs of the community in mind.

As it grows and develops, Kilcoy State School will continue to embrace innovation and creativity whilst maintaining its unique rural atmosphere. We will always strive for excellence in every area.
